Many times consumers have questions about the auto loan process. So we will do our best to answer the most frequently asked ones here:
How Does the Process Work?
Our service is to help you find a lender willing to offer you a loan. The entire process is 100% automated from the time that you submit the online form until we send you an email (roughly two minutes later) to tell you if we found a lender or not. If a lender is found, then the lender will contact you directly to work out details of a loan. We do not get involved in the actual loan process, only the search to find a lender that services your area.
I Haven't Heard From My Lender?
Sometimes lenders may take up to 72 hours to contact you.
Do You Process the Loans in-house?
We do not process the loans in house, we are not a lender, nor do we claim to be. Our service is designed to connect you with the best lender which will help you with your unique financing needs.
Do You Check My Credit?
We do not check your credit however the lender you are partnered up with may.
